Pohunch com - Online Shopping Fraud

I ordered a product from this website on January **, **** I usually prefer to pay with cash on delivery, but the website said they had trouble doing so. Therefore, I completed the payment online. I even received an email regarding the order, including the order ID and purchase information.
However, a few minutes later, I received another email which showed that I had transferred the payment to an account named Krishna Tawniiya. The payment gateway was INDUSU. I tried to track the order, but the website said I hadn't placed any order. I attempted to contact them through the details mentioned, but all attempts were unsuccessful; the phone calls got cut and the emails didn't even reach the email address mentioned. I felt cheated.
It's been one week since I ordered, and I still haven't received my product. Now I realise it was a fraud.
