Lady boss couture - Online shopping Fraud

I have placed one order from Lady boss couture on *st September,****.. The lady who runs this named Gunjan Singh demanded advance payment of ****INR the cost of dress with stitching & shipping.. but I convinced her that I’ll pay **%of amount while placing the order and rest **% I’ll pay after the dress get ready and ready to dispatch… both installments I paid to her on time but till now I did not receive the dress.. though she claims to dispatch it but I did not receive… she never shared tracking details of dispatch and not even responding to my messages not even picking the calls… from last * months she is harassing me like this only… sending her tons of messages but no response.. I want a full refund of my money ****INR or she should send my dress asap.
