My worst online solar panel shopping experience from waaree online shopping website (https://www.waaree.com/shop/)
Ordered solar panel on **th october.
After that it is showing the status as processing.
On **th october i asked waaree, when they will deliver my order.
On **th nov they replied that they will refund my money.
On *st nov they told they will refund asap.
Till today they didnt refund my money.
Raised my grievance in National Consumer help line.
Today when they checked their website is under construction.
But waaree.com is working waaree.com/shop is under construction.
After nov *st there is no communication from the company
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
