I ordered three three from an Instagram online page which seems to be genuine but ended up by being fraud . I ordered * kurtis set on ** oct on their WhatsApp number .

It got delivered on ** oct . While opening parecl we also made video , but we got sarees without blouse. Also the conditions of the sarees are very bad . Bad quality and worn out .
We ordered kurtis then sent cheap quality sarees .
I dont want any replacement because they will again provide some cheap product so i want my full amount to be refunded .
Plus now they are not responding to messages nor giving any details about the customer support service.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
