I ordered three dresses from an Instagram profile named Y K CHIKANKARI worth Rs. **** on *th May ****. For consecutively * months, I didn't get any dress or money refund. After a lot of excuses from Yusra Khalil, I warned him that I will complaint about his profile, then he sent me one dress worth Rs. **** and didnt sent me other two dresses. After receiving one dress, I asked him to refund rest of the money (Rs. ****) and he kept on giving excuses. I had filed complaint on other website but it didn't work out. I request to help me get back the money and aware other customers.
