On **st Oct I ordered mobile Oneplus **R from Ovantica.com, prepaid by credit card Rs.*****.
The next day when I check the reviews and complaint about the site I tried to call and requested them not to deliver the mobile just refund my money.
On **th Oct still they delivered it. Now when I checked mobile its IMEI number not exist in India. Everytime error massage pop up that this device only sold in china, your communication functions will be restricted.
I checked with Authorised oneplus service center suggesting me to return it asap, device won't work in India.
Since *st day of delivery I tried call minimum *** times, whatsapp and mailed them but no response to return or refund it.
Feeling cheated.. its impacting my personal and professional life..
Please help.
