I have ordered a watch from this shopping store as I received the parcel I checked for the delivery but the moment I opened the order i saw I received a different model watch instead of what i have ordered onto the next moment I clicked the picture of watch I received and sent to the person I have done deal with , I told him that i got different watch instead of what i have ordered so he said yea that was normal it will happen sometimes and he assured me that he’ll exchange the watch then he asked me for what i have ordered I told which one i have ordered so he told me ok i will send your order to you soon and when I will get my order i have to send that previous watch back to him
And to the next morning he has blocked my number from everywhere so I won’t contact him and ask for my order and whenever i try to reach him with someone else contact number as soon as i tell him about the incident he’ll disconnect the call
I need someone to help please.
