Through Dealer By Whatsapp - Online shopping fraud

On **/**/** i visited for used macbook Air on Quikr site and i found a best deal
of Rs. ***** And after that i contacted dealer for order confirmation and after
that he gave discount of Rs. *** and told me to pay Rs. *,*** as advance
payment later i paid and they confirmed my order and he told me that tomorrow
your order will be shipped from our warehouse later when on **/**/** i asked
for tracking number then he told that you need to pay rest of amount that is Rs.
**,*** to get your product later when I told him to cancel my order and refund
my money then he told me that it cannot be cancelled after once placed and after
that i thought that they are doing fraud with me and I informed now... I would
feel very happy to have some solution for me because am student and I want
refund of my given amount... I would be very thankful to you sir/mam... BANK
