Josh clothes - Online shopping fraud

I have ordered on **th December by paying total amount of my shopping.thereafter I received a message that my order (#****) is completed and we will notify you when it shipped. After a week I wrote a formal complaint on companies website (customer help) regarding the shipping information but I haven’t got any info yet and now as the companies website is not working we have no where else to go. I will also file the complaint against the Facebook for showing the advertisement of these fraud companies.
