Hi team,
I have ordered a smart band pricing **** via cod and received a fake product (he claims as it was a gift) . When contacted the seller (only available via watapp) he mentioned that I have to access a link to accept that I received the product. This is to confirm that my address was right and so that he can send the actual product. I have felt something was wrong and requested for a refund.
I did mention that sending a Gift to confirm the address and charging **** was in appropriate, instead could call me or mail me to conform the same.
Please find below the instructions he gave me.
"Due to huge rush of orders, we are limited with our supplies, hence we have shipped you this gift and further your product will be delivered shortly.
Your amount has been received and order has been marked as verified. Please confirm that you have received this gift -
