Soapbox - Online shop is cheating

I have ordered "Converse". Size UK*. They sent me the wrong size that i will never wear. I have tried to contact them but nobody answers me. So i can just throw the Converse away, and ** Euro. And it is not a british company. That are the guys from China who uses a british domain. You will get just an awful plastic bag from China with your precious goods. Thats not the way any business should be done.
