Dear Sir/Madam,
With reference to the above subject, I purchased glossaries on November **nd via credit card. The payment has been debited successfully, but I have still not received the glossaries item at my home.
I kindly request that you either refund my money or deliver my orchid product.
Please note reference copy attached for your reference
