We have ordered multiple products from brandfactroy due to fitting issues we have kept return of the product when courier party DELHIVERY come to pick the product they are not able to scan the EAN number and pickup product they says EAN number not matching and refusing pickup and we have made calls to brand factory number *********** and emailed to care@brandfactoryonline.com regarding our issues and there is no response from them on calls and emails. They do promotions and giving discounts in selling products don't they care to take faulty product what they have sold why are they giving fake bar codes and creating fraud pickups and cancelling pickups and holding the pickup for further no chance to do any action by customer they says call customer care for help when they don't responds who the hell we should ask . Products we are returning has exact package with barcodes and MRP tags with same bar code same what is sent by them why they give fake codes to couriers to match and cancel our return is this fair I need an explanation from bran factory and I need my every rupee refund from them.
