RVP infosystems - Online python class

My son joined RVP infosystems for the python classes in end Dec ****. We agreed on ** hours of classes for Rs ****. I paid the fees in two installments of Rs **** each. Once both the installments were paid, they started missing sessions citing various reasons. After a while, they stopped responding to calls/texts. As of today, they took only ** classes and all classes ranged from ** to ** minutes. Many times they skipped the class with no prior intimation. Net, they have taken only ** hours of class. We started doubting how genuine the institute is and asked for a refund. Once we got into this discussion the institute started alleging me of attending classes on my son's fees. They had been absolutely unprofessional in their approach and our experience is that of being cheated. I look forward to a redressal and appropriate action needs to be taken against the institute so that nobody else go through what I have.
