Comfys in - Online purchase scam

I have seen an ad on instagram for comfys foot wear, so i have click and go to comfys website and made an oder and paid online INR ***, order is placed on website but didn't get any confirmation on my phone number, i have tried to track order, but it does not work, it says invalid order number, right now i am not able to know whether order is placed or not, i feel like a scam.
