The electro mega - Online Purchase Scam

I place an online order on 'The electro mega' for OnePlus Airpods and Earphone but they sent me JBL (Not original) Headphones.
Now I am trying to connect with them over the call and mail but no response from their side.
Their phone is switched-off and on mail they have not replied.
