* days from the date of order, after my multiple requests and follow-ups, the seller claimed to have dispatched the order via a courier company of his choosing. The so-called shipment has NOT reached even today (** days after the order) and the seller is trying to wash his hands by putting the onus on the courier company. This is irresponsible as it's the seller's responsibility to ensure I receive the item I paid for!


I seek your help in demanding that the seller ENSURE the paid item reaches me within the next ** hours.
As an additional point, the seller's website also advertised that the first-time purchasers on their website will receive an "Exciting offer". The seller needs to fulfill this commitment as well, post-haste.
