Globalkart Nadiad gujrat - Online phone ordering fraud

Online ordered Iphone ** from Global Kart on **.**.****. Order confirmed by paying courier/delivery charges of Rs.***/- online by phone pe transaction ID: T********************** on ********** (Chuhan Mita) mobile number. Order Receipt ID *****-yr , Order address - GlobalKart, **********- whatsapp business account mobile number. Warehouse no**,opp to central warehousing corporation, Nadiad Bypass road, Junaraopura, Nadiad, Gujrat - ******. on **.*.** order received with Blue dart Courier but person Mr. Vikas Pekhale denied to open and check the phone. Instead he demanded cash on delivery money of Rs. *****/- to be transferred immediately to his personal account through google pay UPI with phone number **********. I have transferred all Rs. *****/- immediately and collect the phone.
Phone when opened found to be fake and not iphone but duplicate phone. Immediately I have contacted Global Kart business account as that was the only source to contact them. Phone couldn't be connected on **********. All the details are there in whatsapp chat attached. Later global kart person told me that he has some issues and kindly wait for *-* days, but after that also nothing happened and then one day reply came that it was a scam.
Kindly find all related documents and proofs of this transaction and fraud. And requesting you to support me as a genuine consumer.
