Vikram filed complaint against Lazypay and myntra on Jul 5, 2024
I have ordered products from myntra and payment was done initially from Lazypay.
After payment successful, myntra didn't accepting transaction and requested for Cash on delivery, I so paid in cash mode to delivery guy.
After a week it's not refunded yet and approached both parties for resolution and both parties are ascaping and not giving any resolution for refund.
I got mail from Lazypay below like this.
We would like to inform you that the transaction which you have done using your account with us is successful from our end.
Request you to please confirm with merchant with the help of UTR number AXISP*********** which was settled on dated **.**.****. also you can refer this email as official email to connect with myntra.
Myntra is not accepting and no help from them..
I wanted to raise this issue.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
