I palced the order on **rd March (order NLV**********) but it hasn't been shipped yet. The last update of the order is showing on *rd April yet to be dispatched in agra.
I still haven't heard from their end regarding my request to cancel the order give my refund back to my account. It's been too many days. When I placed the order the corona virus movement restrictions were not in place. In fact it was in mid- april since the restrictions began so they had plenty of time to deliver. Now I'm out of my money and there is no order in sight.
I've tried to contact them via Instagram, email customer support there has not been any helpful reply anywhere.
Six weeks have passed. Their customer service is a joke and irresponsible. They do not reply after a certain point.
It's *th May now. Too much time has passed now. I've asked them to cancel the order so many times before they haven't yet me any details regarding this. I just want them to cancel the order and give me refund back to my account.
