Bookmydth.com - Online payment made but order not executed

I booked a new DTH connection with Bookmydth on *rd May **** and paid Rs ****.** online vide order No. ***** but the order has not been executed. The party is not taking calls but asks you to communicate through SMS. They then do not respond to SMS.
