DNA Infotel, Virar - Online payment done for internet service renewal not credited

made an online payment for renewal of company's moon walker *mbps * months plan which costs rs**** on august **,**** but not credited the plan to me although debited from my icici bank account.
for refund icici bank requested me the reason for failure of the transactions at dna's end in mail.
i asked dna team the reason for the same and in reply they said that they will not provide me any proof or reply for failure of my online transaction which succeeded .
believe me the crm team didn't replied me in first. I made many phone calls and mails and in end I'm frustated now after * months.
fed up of making calls to dna crm again and again so complaining here.
