Clothesmart.in - Online ordered dress not delivered

I had ordered for a full gown online from the website clothesmart.in on *nd January **** for the amount of Rs. *** and the paid the same amount on online on the same day while ordering the product through my google pay account. Today as on **-**-**** till date I didn't receive my ordered dress or the amount of same if the dress can't be delivered to me. I had sent so many emails to the mail id in the website but I didn't receive any reply from their end or even a tracking status of my order was updated to me. In the website, there was not even having a source to cancel the order. I have been waiting for the dress eagerly for * months and more. It was a fraud to which I am affected. I request you to take the reasonable steps at the earliest and protect consumers by not being affected to such online frauds through banning such websites and such fake business dealers who were playing with the feelings of Consumers. I humbly request to take the action against it and reimburse me with the amount I had paid while ordering the dress Rs. *** along with the interest and compensation to me for playing with my feelings. Any proof as required more than the attached ones will be made available for you from my end on hearing from you.
