Aldrado Com - Online order package not received

I ordered * pairs of shoes worth ₹*** from aldrado app on **nd december **** and after placing my order I came to know that there is nothing any order confirmation received via email, text or any other medium. Also there is not any way to track my order. However, I waited for some days and then find only email support@aldrado.com to sent request /complain emails but didn't heard back. There is no any other medium to contact the company. After some more days, I dropped another email but still didn't receive any response back. The only thing i received after placing order is a refrence number via mail that is Order #*****. Now I believe this is a totally fake company. Cheat Aldrado. I need my moneyback.
Pls Resolve my complaint.
