toysplus in - Online Order not fullfilled Item order not processed even after successful payment

I came across a good deal on Mango (**kg at ***Rs) through an advertisement inside Instagram on **th April ****.
ad redirected me to the website toysplus.in where i completed my order and made payment through UPI transaction. Razorpay was the one responsible for processing my payment. After payment was successful, i received SMS and email stating the same and that order will be processed soon and i will get the update when the shipping is initiated. However, even after * days of the order, there was no update and suspiciously, the website is not working anymore.
