Sun On Solar - Online Order not delivered

I have ordered EXIDE INDUSTRIES ***Ah Insta Brite Inverter UPS Battery (Red) on Sunonsolar website after speaking to one of the agent on the customer service team. They told that the order will be delivered in *-* days, however the order is not delivered yet and no one is ready to pick up call. Ironically the website is still up with lot of products and conned a lot of people in January. I have already filed a complaint with NCH but not sure how to proceed forward as these people are fraud. Avoid any purchases from sunonsolar website
