I am Jenish Panchal from surat,gujarat, i has received a call from the Stepup education for a work permit process without ILETS. So i was interested in it and applied for it. At the time of application, they mentioned that he has to pay Rs. *,***/- as consultancy fees and later rs. **,***/- for offer letter and it's refundable after confirmation of work permit. So after the paid a total amount of Rs. **,***/- to them they just rolled me and asking more money from me for LMIA fees which is out of deal and after a strong argument, they provide the job offer letter which looked fake so i asked for surity of the refund but now they said me if i has to pay Rs. **,***/- for completing the process then only they refund the amount.
