I ordered a cake through this website on **/**/**** at *.** PM. At the time of booking, I could see that they where asking for only the price of cake which is around ***. After making the payment, ** minutes later, I received another mail from them demanding for a delivery charge of ***/-. Cake was not delivered on **th(Xmas gift). when I contacted them , their customer care was rude and keep disconnecting the call. Finally yesterday I made delivery charge payment of ***/- and they told me cake will be delivered by *.** PM on **th Dec **** which they havent delivered yet (*.** PM **/**/****). Customer care Number ***-******** seems to be not attending my number and from the other number I called. Please take necessary action and ask them to refund my money back. They should be daring to do this to any citizen of the country.
