stylekart com - online fraud

I purchased a leather jacket(Rs. ****.**) from style-kart.com order **** on **-Jan-**** and a long coat from Style-kart.com order **** on **-Jan **** ( Rs. ****.**) and got a cheap shirt instead of the leather jacket and two shirts instead of leather long coat .The receipt of leather jacket and coat and the photos of items delivered are the documents I have. So i applied for refund and style-kart.com approved it. They sent me e-mails approving both the refunds which are also available with me. There was suppose to be their address on the email with instructions but there is none. So i contacted their phone number ********** and ********** and asked for guidance from stylekart.care@gmail.com but there is no reply from over a month now.Their refund policy clearly states there is hassle free refund within ** days of the purchase.
