Zemonzastudio - Online Fraud using RAZORPAY and FACEBOOK

To your knowledge this is a scam, first they asked you to pay , *nd - no order id or any details recieved , and when i somehow reached their contact number they told that the money is refunded and is not accepted by bank to which i asked for transaction id or reference ID which they said they not have . Further after after approaching CONSUMER GRIEVANCE FORUM , they called and send me a google form asking my debit card details and cvv claiming its very secure . when i offered to provide my bank account details they said we only refund through debit card . Realising i understood the scam they blocked me . Its not only me but many people have been frauded . this is a serious issue and to be looked upon. Also it gained trust when the payment was accepted by RAZORPAY payment gateway . They are equally answerable to public for the loss. I want RAZORPAY to investigate because they have the comapny details , their GST and other documents and report the comapny fraud to shut it down . Failing this helds RAZORPAY equally liable in support of this fraud.
