sir, a person want to sold scooty. he said thst he is servicing in army in chandigarh and now he has transfer to jammu kashmir.So he want to sell scooty.I saw tha aid and contact him. He said their is army registration so firsty you can submitt **** rs and the remaining payment should be given afer tge delivary of parcel.But in the way he demanding **** rs online to enable gps and giving parcel at mentioned locstion
