Traverse companion - Online fraud regarding accomodation

I am very grateful to Santa Monica as you people had made my life miserable than ever. To those who read this comment, never take accommodation from Santa Monica as they suggest letting agents with no credibility at all and the best part is they won't even take responsible if anything happens to you. Recently, I faced an issue and was not able to travel UK. My letting agent, the great "Traverse Companion" has offered me an refund before making payment. So, I asked them for a refund telling them my situation. To my surprise, they were reluctant to do it. I complained about them to Santa Monica staff, Mr Arun George, Head of Accommodation team, but no miracle has happened. Since I didn't get a positive response them, I again complained. Now an another staff called Ms. Rakhi talk to me and I told her that I didn't get a positive response from Mr. Arun. Then she told me that, This is Rakhi and I will try to solve any problem within ** hours. And that ** hours was like waiting for life long response. And she did call me to say that they were reluctant to do the refund and said she will try one more luck by asking them to do some adjustment. After that, she was always busy and never had time to make a call back. Thanks to the great Santa Monica Staff for not being responsible and for the very rude tone of speaking especially Ms. Rakhi. I hope she can solve everyones problem within ** hours like she did in my matter. A message to Ms. Rakhi, if you don't want to indulge in this matter, just don't say excuses like they didn't talk phone, etc.

A very special thanks to the personnal assistant of Denny sir who is checking Denny sir mail as she/he never have even opened those mails. I have sent my complaint to both Denny sir as well as Nicy madam mail, it seems like they are not even responsible.
To the students who plan to take letting agency "Traverse Companion" for their accommodation, the so called "Head of Traverse Companion, Mr Tom" is a cab driver in UK. So far to my knowledge, accommodation can only be provided by a UK citizen. He must be using contact of some UK citizen to provide accommodation. If anything happens to you, he won't take responsibility. Thanks to Santa Monica for suggesting us with this kind of frauds and making our lives worse than hell. One of my friend reached UK today in the accommodation provided by traverse companion. She was told that both the landlord and a guest would be staying there apart from you (Sulfana staff from Traverse Companion) but it was like a ghost house with no person inside it. She(my friend) suddenly contacted Mr. Tom and his response was like this, we are not responsible whether landlord is there or not, if you have further questions please contact our office in Ernakulam. That was the best response by a responsible person to a student who comes in UK for the first time. If you ask something to the staff in Ernakulam office (Kaloor), they will say kindly please contact Mr. Tom as he is responsible for making the decision. We are just staffs who obeys his command.To the great Santa Monica staff, my friend got terrified by seeing the accommodation and she didn't check in. Instead she went straight to a hotel room. If you think your responsibility is over, once the student visa came, then you are wrong, Santa Monica, "You must be responsible for suggesting us with these kind of frauds".
Please do check if Traverse Companion has an office or not in UK, I am pretty sure that they don't. Thanking you again and again for suggesting these people to us who doesn't even have a valid license.

We paid an amount of INR *,**,*** for ** days which for Santa Monica people is a pretty small issue. For an Airport pickup, they ask you for *** pounds where ** pounds goes to cab driver (if Tom is not the one who is coming to pick) and ** pounds goes to Mr. Tom as tip. Now you can imagine how much amount in this INR *,**,*** goes to Mr. Tom pocket and how much would go to landlord.
