MrDeal in - Online fraud product not received

I've ordered * products (Samsung galaxy watch & Realme buds airpro master edition) from website - mrdeal.in , on **th June which was postpaid ₹**,*** (₹**** paid as token fee in advance) couriered by shiprocket. The product got delivered today (*rd August), I paid full amount by cash (COD), and after opening, shocked to find that one of the product is missing, as I found the box of realme buds is empty and there's no sign of product except the watch. I immediately called the seller (Mr. Neeraj Gupta) and he told he's looking into it. But after that I tried to call him several times, but he didn't answer nor call back. It's a fraud, as later he is denying it and he was lying by saying he sent it. They're stealing money from customers without delivering the product.
