Veena Kurup filed complaint against India Flower Mall on Sep 28, 2020
I had placed an order for balloon boquet worth Rs**** to Durgapur West Bengal. I was assured of the delivery at first and then was asked to pay an additional Rs*** as delivery charges. But after payment they cancelled my order saying that the item cannot be delivered. Then they asked me to email for a refund following which I had sent my email for refund. I receieved an email from them after several follow-ups that i will be getting my refund in * working days. But later when I contacted them over the update on my refund they blocked me from their chats. When contacted on customer care number firstly it was not answered for some like **-** times.And later a man called me sayimg he is from India Flower Mall when I enquired him politely about the updates he started shouting at me that I should not teach him on his joband all.He was very rude and harrassing. Still he refrained from giving me any update on my refund and said that go ahead and do what you can we sort of like threatening me. Order number is IFM******
