Wedspack.com - Online fraud done

I ordered the gown last week and did not receive yet. Also not received any email or any text from Wedspack. Is this their priorities for the customers. There is no contact no. on the website even not my login account details showing. Is this official process or what? I ordered the gown on **-may-**. This taken already * days yet and my customer waiting for the parcel but I don't have any updates yet. Even I message on the facebook inbox also but there is also nobody assists me. What the hell is this? Order details also attached. And I'm safe because I didn't pay the online. But I'm very disappointed with this site services.
