Order No-***********-The order was to be delivered on **.**.****, which was placed after confirmation from the Live Chat agent, with advance online payment. This was a special Valentine Day Gift. To my surprise, when I raised a complaint on **.**.**** morning, for Non-Delivery of the order, in the evening at around *.** PM on **.**.****, the product was attempted to be delivered. As this was a special purpose order and delivery was guaranteed time bound, there is no point accepting the order after that.

I got a call at *.** pm on **.**.****, from ***********, and a gentleman was shamelessly justifying the Non-delivery.
I tried calling them on the available contact no’s but in vain. On e-mail communication, they have refused to refund my money.

The website only reveals the Bangalore Address of the company and there is no mention of the Directors/Promoters of this company.

This seems to be a fake company, where it has cheated many people across the country in a similar fashion.
The same can be verified with their FB page, where so many other people have complained about cheating by this company, with almost the same modus operandi.
I request you to look into the matter.
