I urgently needed some books and I found that these were available only in "Online book store" **/**, Malviya Nagar, Jaipur, Rajastahan. I placed an order (OnlineBooksStore order no. **********) on **-**-**** by paying express delivery charge total amount of Rs ***/-. I am staying in Mumbai with my family. I have been following the status through whatusup number (**********)but there is no response and no is switched off.
I have seen numerous complaints for this website ( obs@onlinebooksstore) I should have checked before ordering. i was badly in need of the book for exam purpose. Where should i complaint ? I want my money back.
