I booked online tata play set up box of Rs. **** /- with * months pack validity.. and also promised me to give RS. **** gift voucher and A pair of shoes by online booking agent.. but after installation I paid Rs.****/- and no extra as promised to me ..instead of this my channel activation not done by company and demanded Rs.****/- more as said by dealer whose technician installed set up box if I want to activate my packs..this really shocking to me... .. beside this... It is more shocking to me that dealer also changed my packs to activate channel...I want serious action against the company .. if company not involved in this do appreciate action against fraudulent .. otherwise I will go to court for justice
