Hosting Raja - Online Fraud and Costumer misguide

I was looking for a good server to host my website and come across Hosting Raja service provider. When I was purchasing the server the customer support and executives where very helpful. They took all the responsiblity to make my website live and asked me to go for managed window vps server. They were so polite, supportive (shared me their whatsapp number too for ** X * support) and win my trust. I purchased the server and domain at **:** am on *st Feb ****, and as I purchased the server the customer support people got offline stop replying. I thought may be they are making my server and next morning I got a mail that consists of plesk acount login detail. but no software installation was done as per requirement. I tried to get in touch with all people who helped me while purchasing the package but the didn,t recieve my call. They switch off there mobile phones. I tried to get in touch with hosting raja customer support but when I told them the I have purchased the server and facing these isues, they started leaving the chat in between and stop replying me back.

I called the customer support of hosting raja and they asked me to raise the ticket and told we will get back to you in * hour positively. but it didn't happen I waited for * hours no one responded.

I again called to customer support and this time they put me on hold and cut the call. I asked to tell the procedure to get refund but they said we are solving your issue please wait till end of day.
My requirements were to install * - * applications and they closed my ticket by installing * application. I connected with the customer support regarding this again and they asked me to tell them the requirements again with installation documentations. I dont know was it really a managed service or hosting raja is making fool to customer/client by providing fake commitments.

I told all the requirements again in the ticket and the problem is not solved yet. I want my refund back and who else reading this if want to go for server do not opt the hosting raja. They are online fraud people with zero support.

Right now my money is stuck and I want my refund. As they have ** days refund policy this is my *nd day I want my refund.
I have all the chat transcription in my mail box that I done with their support as the proof of all written note.
