Hi Sir,
We have placed a order from online website Jaldifatafat.com in **-**-**** for a water purifier.
we have make the payment of online an amount of ****.** thorough netbanking.
We have got the confirmation mail also for the order has booked and they will share the tracking details once dispatched.
after that there is no responds from them and when we are trying to customer care there is no responds and now its also switched off. Then we have trying to sending mails on there mail ID care@jaldifatafat.com but no responds from there also. And now the mails are getting bounced from these ID.
So kindly help to get the money refund back from them.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
