Complaint Details:I have been defrauded by an online e-commerce website named streetsilk.in via an aggressive social media advertisement. I placed an order for a "Great Look Banarasi Silk Saree For Women" under Order ID: PCS*****.The order was delivered via Cash on Delivery (COD) by courier partner Delhivery on tracking number AWB: **************. I paid an amount of ₹*,*** in cash to the delivery agent.Upon opening the sealed package, I discovered it was a complete commercial fraud. The merchant did not send the ordered silk saree. Instead, the package contained cheap, damaged, synthetic scrap cloth pieces/rags. The website has provided no physical address, operates using a generic Gmail account, and has cut off all communication channels to deny returns.Since this is a coordinated retail scam, I request the cyber cell to issue a directive to Delhivery to immediately freeze the remittance of these funds (₹*,***) under AWB ************** and initiate a reverse refund to my account.
