Glamorous daily fab - Online fraud

I've ordered suit from this page on instagram after payment they have mentioned that shipping will be done in *-* days and dispatching will took *-* days, on the fourth day I've simply asked for tracking details and this person seen zoned me after some messages I said I want my money, then this person starts texting me that learn some manners you are highly impatient then I said give me refund or I'll file a complaint against your page then he/she said ok do as u want to do , we will sue.
Then he/she said do whatever you want to do this is my last message and that's it.
