I have not taken any load through Mpokket Finance Pvt Ltd. But, it is saying that i have taken Rs ****/- on ** June'** and the over due is Rs ****/-. when i check the details in the report which i have downloaded from Paytm app, the conact number and the email ID is not mine and the there is no bank details where they have credited the money. when i call the customer care number and share the email with the details i have. But, they are not responding properly and their behavior is very rude.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.

Getting harrassment calls from Mpokket even though I'm asking them to remove extra charges and I'm willing to pay the amount but they're not even agreeing on that.
