Nism - online exam cancelled

I was schduled to give my mutual funds exam .I was half way through the exam when i was prompted to shut down my laptop i asked if it would affect my exam but no response so i did as told and when i tried to access again the link was unccessible .Kindly help me get my fees back or exam rescheduled
