First he said paid *** and I pay later he say pay ***** for service and later he said go to hotel and take photo of hotel then he said verification code due to not verified the he said pay ***** later he last activation code for ***** he only said paid then all amount refund after service
I tell him to cancel this service he said that not possible Agency not allowed
