Do not go to www.e-parivahanindia.online this is completely fraud. I have filledup application for driving licence online in this site ( e-parivahanindia.online ) and paid Rs.****/ for learner licence. and they give a tracking ID the after * month there is no confirmation from their end for my Lerner exame and their contact number are always busy. I try to reach them via email but there is no responce from their end after * month when I try to track status using my ID their web site showing its a ivalid ID no.
