am writing to bring to your notice that the Mother Dairy dealer in my area is not sending milk during the evening slot. Due to this issue, I am being forced to consider ending my subscription.

As a customer, it is inconvenient and unfair, since this problem is not from my side. I kindly request you to shift my subscription to the morning delivery slot instead. However, when I try to make this change, the system asks for extra GST and additional charges. Since the fault does not lie with me, I request you to waive these extra charges and make the required changes at your end.
After this I had a discussion with the seller, but he is denying delivery, stating the distance is *.* km. If delivery is not possible, then how was this order accepted in the first place?

Today also I personally walked to the location, but the seller did not come to deliver the order. I kindly request you to refund the remaining amount to my personal wallet, so that I can purchase Mother Dairy milk from nearby outlets.

I hope you understand my concern and will do the needful at the earliest.
