codingninjas - online course refund

I have paid ***** credit card payment and **** phone pay on ** January **** to the online course on Coding ninjas. It is mentioned for the course that we can ask them for refund of the course if we not satisfied or any reason. I have waited for the course to start. The course is started from ** February. I have not attend the class as I have some emergency family issues happened. My mother has some medical emergencies so I need to look their.
There are some medical emergencies happened so I won't have to continue with the course anymore. As per their policy after course started I have raised refund email to the coding ninjas team on ** February as the ** day refund policy. But there is no response of refund from them and they are talking me. we cant refund as you have extended the date. I have argue with them that I have some personal emergencies. But they are refusing to pay.
