InsideAIML - Online course fraud my misleading claims

My name is Divya, based out of Coimbatore, Tamilnadu. In July ****, I joined the Masters in AI course(online mode) offered by InsideAIML. Working in a non-technical field, I was assured that the pedagogy will be suited to people from non-tech background.
- Our classes started in August ****. However, after the Part-* of the program- Python course was completed, I realised that only the very basics were covered and students from technical and non-tech background were clubbed together in one batch, so what was do-able for students in the software field seemed quite confusing for us in terms of difficult and advanced assignments given.
- When asked for mentor support, we did not receive necessary guidance and our requests were met with rude and off-handed responses. And we got to know that internship is only for people who are able to submit all assignments. But the initial email from the company rep clearly mentions course fee and that it covers the *-month program with internship.
- When part-* of the course started, some of us found the pace too fast and unable to keep up.
- - So I immediately wrote to customer support in November ****, that I would like to quit from the course and asking for refund. I was flatly refused. Our full course fee is Rs.***** (Masters in AI program with assured job placements). I am paying the amount via credit card EMI (From August **** to June ****) and unable to stop the EMI process. Initially absolutely nothing about refund was mentioned and I did not notice the refund policy mentioned in a small font in a corner in their website.
- As many other students also complained about course going too fast, they changed the mentor for Machine learning (Part-*), and out of no choice i attended the weekend live sessions.
- But it was a repeat of Part-* pedagogy- where basics were covered and practical work of advanced level left to solve on our own. It was frustrating as these classes lasted till Feb **** and then we found out about the folly played by the company.
- And after a long break , part-* of the course started recently but i am not attending those classes.
- Since the past few months it has been a huge financial strain scrambling hard to pay the credit card EMI, as otherwise card may be blocked and CIBIL score reduced.
- If submitting advanced assignments is criteria for internship and job guarantee clause, they should have had a basic aptitude screening test before admission. They falsely assured that they will take care of the pedagogy accordingly. Only focussed on making me do the payment.
- Their refund policy says it should be claimed within * days of paying for the course. But the actual classes started only * weeks after the payment and batch-starting date. the *st * weeks were only roadmap explanation. So how is it possible to assess course satisfaction within * days?
- Please help with getting a fair compensation.
