SAPNA SINGAL filed complaint against Store of Bufani on Aug 15, 2020
I had ordered a lehenga from a facebook page. I got the order delivered on *th August, ****. I had paid Rs. *,*** cash on delivery via Google pay. They had clearly mentioned that its easy to return policy. Lehenga which I received is of very poor quality as compare to the description and picture. I tried reaching to the seller on WhatsApp and Facebook messenger, he was not responding so I decided to tell him I will log a Consumer care complaint. He seemed to be fearless. I further checked the comments and see that he has cheated many other customers by giving torn cloths or not delivering.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
